HR – A well-established team

The HR team at XCMG is familiar with many cultures: Chinese, German, English, French, Portuguese and Spanish are spoken here. Together, the team brings experience from professional stations in Brazil, China, the French Antilles and in an international environment. The team members support and complement each other not only on the professional side, but also through their different personalities. But they are united by one goal: to build a strong team for XCMG at the Krefeld site that develops key technologies for tomorrow’s construction machinery. To achieve this goal, the team is committed with passion, enthusiasm and warmth.

Global Thinking – Local Acting

Jun-Min Zinnack

HR Director Jun-Min Zinnack has been involved from the very beginning as an authorized signatory of XCMG Europe GmbH. She builds a bridge between Germany and China. Born and raised in China, she came to Germany at the age of 14 and is thus very familiar with both the German and Chinese languages and cultures.

After completing her studies in Berlin, she started her professional career by working for a German company in China. After returning to Germany, she has now been working as HR Manager in the construction machinery industry for more than 10 years. She not only enriches the management team with “Cross-Cultural Communication and Management” and “Female Leadership”, but also with professionalism and specific industry knowledge.

Andrea Fischer

Andrea Fischer successfully completed her studies in Aachen and subsequently worked for more than 10 years in a publishing house as an assistant to the editorial and management staff.

Here she already took on various tasks in the personnel area, which raised in her the desire to develop further in this area. So Andrea Fischer completed further training as a personnel advisor and joined the HR team at XCMG. Here, she supports her colleagues in all aspects of their work, listens to their concerns, and warmly welcomes our new employees on their first day at XCMG.
