Besides the Research and Development Center in Krefeld, the first one outside of China, the group also pursues the further development of its products in the USA, Brazil and India, and at the headquarters in Xuzhou, China.

We keep the whole application process simple, short and transparent. You get an acknowledgement of receipt via email one or two working days after we received your application. Usually a telephone interview for about 45 minutes with our person responsible for recruiting follows. We are very strong in theory. Theory and experience interlock in our work daily. It is for this reason we are looking for students, who want to bring in their knowledge and gather practical experience. We offer students the possibility for obligatory as well as accompanying internships. Furthermore, you can write your final paper at XCMG. Specifically, we turn to students with engineering as their field of study with the focus in hydraulics, electrical engineering and/or simulation as well as drive technology. In advance, we will discuss and determine the respective tasks individually with you according to your previous experiences resp. your major field of study. Therefore, we do not advertise explicit internships. You are a fully adequate team member as an intern, who independently achieves the result for the project success. You have the possibility to bring in and deepen your theoretical and practical experiences as a young professional or graduate. We specifically turn to persons with a degree in engineering. You can incorporate the maximum potential of your experiences in the fields of hydraulics, electrical engineering and/or simulation as well as drive technology. You will be directly engaged in a project on progress and work subtasks independently to contribute to the overall success of the company.
