Our HR team showed full commitment at the BAUMA in Munich 2022.
From 24.10.2022 to 30.10.2022 our headquarter of XCMG from China was represented at the BAUMA in Munich. The – as always – impressive booth was located in the middle of the outdoor area. Beside our numerous exhibited construction machinery assortment, there was a specially prepared exhibition room, which we used as well.
Supplied with sufficient beverages and snacks, we welcomed many interested people, customers, suppliers as well as Head Hunters.
A stage with a live band provided a harmonious ambience with rock music.
Numerous conversations took place at our – especially for this purpose built – small counter and we distributed flyers and business cards as well as many other interesting information about our company and their employees, as well as the current job openings.
We can proudly announce that BAUMA was a complete success for us!
We are already looking forward to BAUMA 2025 – then we will be there again!
