On 11.09.2023, we welcomed a group of students and trainees from Germany as well as students from China to our XCMG site in Krefeld as part of the Bildungsbrücke MINT – Chinakompetenz scholarship programme event.
After a brief welcome, our HR Director Jun-Min Zinnack introduced XCMG as a company and employer before our Head of Hydraulics Dr.-Ing. Martin Inderelst took the group on a tour of the company, showing them the construction machinery up close, among other things. In a concluding discussion round, the students’ questions were answered.
We hope everyone enjoyed their time with us getting to know XCMG and wish them every success in their studies and training.
