With the latest enlargement of our machinery we are able to significantly shorten the development cycle of new components, starting from project idea to verification on the test benches and in the machine. Recently, an ultra-modern 5-axis milling center of the company Hermle was set in to operation. After successfully starting, and given the very good results with different complex manifolds, our prototype expert Michael Nilges is full of praise for the machine and its potentials.
The short lines of communication between design and production regarding modifications and adjustments for an optimal functioning and short production times are beneficial as well. Thus, were are able to ensure fast and efficient development processes.
