Dipl.-Ing. Christa Düsing, development engineer at our Advanced Machines & Applications Competence Center is Key-Note-Speaker at this year’s FMEA Congress.

With her presentation on “How can ‘High Performing Functional Safety Systems’ be considered in FMEA?” our FMEA expert will present a solution approach to a common practical problem:

Safety functions for industrial and mobile hydraulic systems have to follow DIN EN ISO 13849-1:2021-08(E), but common FMEA software tools do not provide support for this.

Using the example of a loader crane, the direct integration of safety functions in specialized FMEA software tools will be presented in order to benefit from significant reductions in the development process and to achieve cost savings and smoother series start-ups with fewer critical operational faults.
